During this session, we will work together on improving movement, reducing pain, and restoring function through a combination of guided self-inquiry, movement awareness, and individualized exercise therapy.
Each session begins with a detailed assessment that explores not only symptoms, but also how your body responds to movement, load, stress, and daily activities. Treatment emphasizes helping you better understand your body and actively participate in your recovery.
Sessions may include: • Movement assessment and retraining • Progressive, individualized exercise programs • Education to improve body awareness and self-management • Load management and return-to-activity guidance • Support for nervous system regulation when appropriate
