Lindsey was born and raised in Victoria, BC, and relocated to Kelowna in 2003, where she has made her home ever since. In 2007, she graduated from the three-year program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. In addition to her formal massage therapy education, Lindsey has completed specialized training to become a Dr. Vodder certified therapist in Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) and Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD). She enjoys incorporating both light lymphatic massage techniques and deeper, more specific therapeutic approaches into her practice. This balance allows her to cater to a wide range of clients, which she finds both rewarding and enriching.
For over eight years, Lindsey has been involved in massage therapy education, contributing to two different massage therapy programs in British Columbia. Throughout her career in education, she has taken on various roles, including clinic supervisor, instructor, clinic coordinator, and program director. These experiences have provided her with the opportunity to share her expertise, and mentor future therapists.
